While this short story was alright, it was really predictable if you read the other books in the series. I feel like it didn't add much overall because it didn't reveal any new information about the ship or anything besides the background story of a minor background character. If you read the books, you know Luthor is awful and creepy and nothing in this story comes as a surprise.
