I gave up on this book halfway through a while ago, but I've finally finished it now. While I'm relieved to have it done, I wish I enjoyed this more. I loved Red Queen, but with each consecutive book, it felt like the story got more out of hand.
With this last one, I found myself comparing it to ACOWAR, which was more interesting, or Holly Black's The Queen of Nothing, which got it done more efficiently. Maybe those aren't fair comparisons but that's where my mind went.
