I loved this book - from the jam-packed plot to the unique world the author created, this was a perfect read. It challenged me as a reader, presenting tense, violent reactions to difficult choices. I kept feeling unsure of Sciona’s pursuit and choices, and appreciated that this was purposeful. It’s certainly a story that you could see across history and in current time with power and greed and uprisings. Will think about this book for a long time.
