This was an interesting foray into understanding what is likely autism but it's not outright stated that it's autism.
I felt for the main character a lot, especially when she meets a man who straight up just sets out to exploit her. I was really happy when she found herself again by the end of the book. She was so loveable, I would read a whole series about her stories at this convenience store.
