i have fallen in love with yet another taylor jenkins reid protagonist and i think this is just going to be my life now.

i grew up listening to the music of the 70s with my mom and as a result, i've always been in love with that era of music history. this book feels like a VH1 behind the music about my favorite band. it feels like the kind of monumental interview you would import a magazine for after hunting it down and paying a pretty penny on ebay. it feels perfect. daisy jones is a force to be reckoned with - the kind of woman i want to be, while also wanting to be with her.

like with evelyn hugo, i can't call out specific things i loved because i would just be quoting the whole book. it's just... so good. no critiques. just perfection. chef's kiss.
