If this is a thriller to you then everyday life must rock you to your core. I hope you have a fainting couch.

The fact I began reading this solely because my friend said it sucked so much is a tip off. Its popularity must actually be a joke.

The writing is juvenile to the point that I personally penned better Wattpad work when I was 14. Objectively speaking. At least on top of being tell don't show, over-obsessed with PG13 ways to say a character wants to bone another character, and general lack of knowledge on how the world works--- at least I said manned up and wrote the word fuck. Are you telling me an ex-convict can't say fuck? Be so for real right now. Was she in middle school detention or PRISON???

And at 14, I knew how starvation, house cleaning, and parole worked better than this..... oh my god there's no way this author is a brain surgery specialist and doesn't know how these extremely basic parts of life work. There is no way.

The plot is so tired and overdone that to find out this book was apparently plagiarized was shocking. Girl you couldn't pick something at least clever to copy??? BE SO FOR REAL RIGHT NOW that's like getting arrested for printing one dollar bills instead of hundreds.

It wouldn't take much effort to write something actually digestible compared to this garbage. Friend and I placed bets on the "plot twist." We were right. And I'm stupid so that's bad.
