This was a phenomenal finish to the series and my favorite when compared to its film counterpart. I especially like Mary and Pippins character arcs within the final act and the amount of after action attention all the characters got. I can safely say this is one of my favorite books now, and Aragorn is one of my favorite fictional characters.
