A very Fun read!
While reading "Double Trouble" (about the oldest Minteer brother), I was eagerly waiting to read the fun-loving brother Luke's story and after reading it, I just loved the 'ever-teasing, hellion' that is Luke. (I hope I am not missing out on any other Minteer sibling's story, there's no series or anything mentioned anywhere! Please do tell if anyone knows about any other books). He just knows the right thing to say at the right time. It was really funny, how the things Luke prided himself in where torn down by Brenna in a jiffy, that too bluntly. And that explanation for 'irresistible impulse' was just hilarious! As were the elevator scene, the "speaking in silence" quip, them using each other's lines against each other etc. I also adored the delicate way in which Luke dealt with Brenna's past. Inspite of another brother's book, this is a standalone read, without any relation to the previous book, just a mere mention and that too the events take place a few years down the line since the first book. Last of all, have to mention the front cover, which I almost drooled over!
