The first volume of stories does not live up to the short-lived television stories. Blind Force and Heavy Metal Jedi are both meaningless and unvaried. Only Fierce Currents creates new lore for the planet Mon Cala.

Update
With the adoption of my new rating system, a two star rating is befitting. The original review and original rating conform to the new rating system. I do not accurately recall the content of this book but I recall my feeling, after having read the book, to be one of disinterest and judgement that the book was mediocre and did not reach the point of disliking because of the book's brevity.
