These books are GOOOOOOD y’all. Like good good. Think Sons of Anarchy meets Robin Hood with a Ravenhood vibe. Oh and Colton, our MMC is 100% Jax Teller… mmhmm *wipes the drool off her chin*
There’s definitely a comparison to be made to The Ravenhood Trilogy, there’s a lot of similarities and yet it’s really different. There are aspects of this series that I liked more and aspects of the other that I prefer. For one, I loved Rylee, she was so damn relatable albeit a little naive at first but the way her character develops is absolutely perfect. I would take her over Cecilia every damn time. This isn’t a why choose, which we all know I love lol, but it’s damn good regardless. One of the reasons it’s so good, Emmerson can write a spicy scene, WELL. Oooh boy.
