I had so much fun reading this book! Our main characters Sébastien and Elia were intriguing to read about. Throughout the first volume, they each are working towards living their lives authentically and figuring out what they truly want. They were so sweet and their romance/meet cute was adorable, I was rooting for them from the beginning! The world setting was interesting to learn about and the idea of a supernatural world separate from the human world made me excited to hear more. I also loved the side characters! They each had their own fleshed-out stories and I couldn't help but be invested in them. I also could not get enough of Sébastien's grumpy pet bunny Pierre, he was hilarious 😂. This volume left me wanting more and I can't wait to read the next volume!
