I love the concept of this story, it felt unique and familiar at the same time.  I found this story to more heavily focus on friendships and family than the romantic relationships.  Like I thought there would be more focus on the dates but that wasn't a big deal to me since I didn't have any perceptions going into this.  I also really liked that aspect of the book, though.  I didn't fall in love with the characters but they were relatable.  It was a little slow for me in the middle, but it picked up towards the end.  I loved that this story was set in Chicago and the author chose have a lot of location references.
