Brooke Montgomery made me fall in love with her writing with this series and I'm so sad to leave Sugarland Creek, but if we must; Delilah and Wilder were the perfect couple to end the series.
Sin With Me had everything I love about a Brooke Montgomery romance. She finds the most thoughtful and heartwarming way to write about sensitive topics, in this case mental health, and following along with Wilder as he worked to overcome his struggles was beautiful.
Delilah was always the caregiver. The one there for everyone else. When she and Wilder connected you knew they were going to be something profound. The way he showed up for her and put her first was exactly what she needed and deserved. These two were special in their own right, but together were unstoppable. I'm so happy that they found their HEA with each other because I couldn't imagine them with anyone else. They had a strong emotional connection that led to an explosive physical connection that we know Brooke Montgomery was going to deliver on. She writes small town spice like no other. Add in all the fun banter and family antics just added to the story that much more.
Sugarland Creek has been a fun, spicy, emotional, heartwarming, banter filled ride and I'm so glad I was on it!
