A solid and quick read overall.
I found myself kind of zoning out during the final two chapters and I'm not completely sure why. Massey does a fine job at using specific situations and individuals in Hollywood to break down her analysis of each subject throughout each chapter which I enjoyed.

The focus of the book and it's subject had me thinking a lot deeper about the hurdles and double standards women face in their relationships, careers, and all other aspects of life.

The cons of this read for me personally are that it's a bit out of my comfort zone for reading style, and maybe I was expecting a bit more of a wow factor when instead the conclusion of the book had me a bit bored and the point of the book fell a little flat for me. Perhaps it was because I found myself craving more essays and the depth of each that Massey acheives up until the final two chapters? I can't quite say. Once I give myself some time to digest this one a bit further, I will update my review with further thoughts.
