I read this because Adam Grant seemed to have a rather positive view of the culture created by Ray Dalio at Bridgewater. However, this felt rather trite. I firmly disagree that only successful people are well-placed to give us advice - there is much more to it than that, and many of these suggestions are either not good enough, or simply do not address the systemic root of many issues.
