Adrift in Currents Clean and Clear by Seanan McGuire

5.0

I may be terribly biased as my love for the Wayward Children series by Seanan McGuire runs deep. This newest book tells the story of Nadia who we've met in earlier installations of the series and I have to say it was just as lovely and poignant as I hoped. I love the way that Seanan handles the situations and differences the young characters in her books are experiencing with such care. There is disability rep in this story, specifically limb difference and I felt very moved by Nadia's outlook on not only herself but life in general. Another great addition to the series in my opinion. If you like turtles and magical underwater cities you're in for a treat.
