Waif by Samantha Kolesnik

Did not finish book. Stopped at 25%.

I love Samantha's writing, but this one was a bit too much for me as I can't read about toxic relationships and obsessive people. I unfortunately had to DNF.
 
LOVED these two passages:

If our marriage did get worse — if he ever did decide to graduate from fist to knife and cut me open — all his secrets would come tumbling out. 

 

There’s an interesting thing about life – you can justify anything to yourself if the desire is great enough.
