Alexis Hall and his yet another heartwarming book with a chaotic set of characters. I love how he put so much work into developing his two leads. They had so much layers and were relatable in some ways or other. Was it a whirlwind romance common in romcoms? No. And that's what I loved the most about this book. It was mature, had dialogues and discussions and wasn't too heavy. The cherry on the cake was Luc's and Oliver's friends. They were so entertaining and funny and just brilliant. Hall really has a talent in creating the best sort of side characters. Even Luc's work friends were so weird, different and funny.
Going to pick up the next book to see Oliver calling out his parents.
