For Your Own Good
by Samantha Downing
It took me a few chapters to get used to the all-knowing third person point of view, but it was kind of fun having insider knowledge as the story unfolded.
I liked the short, fast-paced chapters. It encouraged the "just one more chapter" mentality that so often destroys bedtimes.
I kept waiting to see how Teddy would be brought to justice and I'll admit I wasn't entirely thrilled by the ending. I'm not upset that Teddy got a dose of his own medicine. I'm just disappointed that Frank would be punished for taking justice into his own hands. I wish he would have gotten away with it (but from what we know about him, he probably would have eventually turned himself in) or that he would have worked with the FBI to bring Teddy down.
