Under the Midnight Sun by Keigo Higashino

The plot was really good. It deserves 5 stars. I just don't know how I feel about the ending. I can't say it's a complete plot twist, 'cause I could sense suspicious things between Ryo and Yukiho since the beginning, but I have no idea "that" was the motive behind all this.

And there still are questions left after I close the book.
Did Yukiho really not recognize Ryo at all?
Why did Ryo jump off the balcony and even stab his own chest with the scissors? I mean, if I were him, it's better to get caught and tell everything about the old case to the police.
How about the other things, like the rape cases and other murders? What are Ryo & Yukiho's connections in all these?
Does anybody remember a gift Yukiho made with the 'RK' initial in it? She said it was for her mother, Reiko Karasawa, but later the gift was found on Ryo Kirihara's table. (Sorry if I'm mistaken)
We didn't even sure if Mr. Sasagaki's theory was right or not. So there are still a lot of mysteries. Should I re-read it??
