I really loved this book.
First of all it's a great mystery thriller. The twists are great. Nothing is too off-wall. You can follow along with the clues given.

Secondly I love all of the characters. Even the villains both made me be disgusted by their actions while being able to feel that they were a person. The main characters family are an absolute delight. It's lovely and refreshing to have a teenage school going character who family are a part of her life and that she has a host of friends that she regularly meets and hangs out with.
The characters actions make sense. There's no moment where I thought "for the love of God really!?"

There's humour and warm humour throughout the book. Dialogue between teenagers that actually feels like a teenager would say that.

While also it deals with dark topics in a serious way and in a more grown up way then many adult thrillers I've read. There's more respect paid to the victims and the people effected in the town.

A lovely fun read, with good suspense and drama.
