Small Town Romance, Grumpy x Sunshine, Suspense
I really enjoyed this book. Josiah is your typical grump with some trauma he has been holding onto - and doesn't want to like Audrey, but she is the girl back in town and hard to resist. But there are weird things happening that triggers his protective streak, because what else would a big burly lumberjack type man be other than protective?
I enjoyed this a lot. While I don't mind smut, I appreciate a fade to black or minimal detail intimacy and this book was more on the small town romance and suspense than the smut. I will take it!
