A Woman of No Importance by Oscar Wilde

emotional funny medium-paced

4.5

Oscar Wilde's plays are something else entirely. Witty, sharp, beautifully written. After reading The Importance of being Earnest i didn't think i could like any play better, but i did. This is shorter, starts more slowly, but oh the power it conveys. It is so progressive, so feministic for its time. Again, I've written down so many quotes out of it cause they are just beautiful or funny. I don't know, this made me very proud and sentimental. Loved it.
