The Confidence Code for Girls: Taking Risks, Messing Up, and Becoming Your Amazingly Imperfect, Totally Powerful Self by Claire Shipman, Katty Kay

5.0

I work with a youth group of teenage/tween girls and the advice and tone seem spot on, particularly for the 11-15 year old ages. Might feel bit young for older teens. I'm halfway through the adult version, which is much more oriented around information (so far) than action. I loved how this book shared some facts and research, but made it relevant and practical. Clear efforts to be inclusive. Easily skimmable.
