Let Love In by Melissa Collins

3.0

I was disappointed with how common this story was. College students who had an unfortunate event happen in their life, but said character decided it was their fault and that they were unworthy of love. They meet a fellow damaged martyr and they become two peas in a pod while screwing like there's no tomorrow. Past comes knocking, exposing the secret pain, and the boy can't deal.
I've read this type of NA too often to give this book anything other than 3 stars.
I never connected with Maddie but I did feel for her. I liked Reed but not really with Maddie. I will read book 2 to see what happens since book 1 ended with a cliff hanger.

Luckily for me I won the series!
