Really interesting storyline but I feel like a lot of development that would have gotten me more invested happened off-page, particularly when it came to the relationship between the main characters. And the end ending just felt rushed and I was not a fan of

“killing off” the love interest

but it was still overall an enjoyable read with a really interesting world and characters
