I knew about 8 pages in this wasn’t for me.
The world-building was both not existent and dumped too much info at the same time. The “enemies to lovers” trope was not utilized, the reader never finds out why they are enemies?
Both the main characters were rather dull and Tilda drove me a bit crazy. I didn’t feel the romance in the slightest but the steamy scenes were actually the better written parts of the book.
The prose left so much to be desired.
The pretty cover fooled me on this one.
