The Four Agreements: A Practical Guide to Personal Freedom by Don Miguel Ruiz

hopeful reflective relaxing medium-paced

2.0

A dear friend gave me this book and while I didn’t like it, I am glad I read it. I always want to be open to more spiritual teachings especially because they often have such a meaningful history. While I was hopeful reading about the premise of the four agreements, I didn’t connect with the execution of them in this book. However, I am open to the idea of learning and thinking about how I can make them apply in a way that better connects to my own experiences. Not mad I read it but would recommend other books over this one.
