This story is most definitely not for everyone. Oddly enough, I liked this one better than the first in the series. The content was graphic, dark (like really dark), and absolutely captivating. I understand what that saying means about watching a train wreck, it was so so tragic and I couldn’t stop. The story picks up and doesn’t stop. There were some scenes I could do without. READ THE TRIGGER WARNINGS!!! I am a total fan of Z. I didn’t particularly get him or care for him in the first book, but I get it now. I get it soooo good.
Graphic: Body horror, Death, Drug use, Emotional abuse, Mental illness, Panic attacks/disorders, Physical abuse, Rape, Sexual assault, Sexual content, Sexual violence, Suicidal thoughts, Toxic relationship, Violence, Trafficking, Kidnapping, Stalking, and Murder
