I have often critiqued Christina Lauren's books for their shallowness and gratuitous sex scenes, but I was pleasantly surprised by The Paradise Problem. I genuinely enjoyed this novel. I liked both Anna and Liam, and their strangers to fake spouses to strangers to friends to lovers journey brought a refreshing and humorous twist to a marriage of convenience romance. 
It was a nice slow burn compared to CL's other books where I often don't understand the connection between the main characters.
