Seven Days in June by Tia Williams

The character exploration, the rich backstory, and the ambition of this book were amazing. The author really weaved an intensely vivid portrait of both Shane and Eva, which is a true feat.
I just really am not a fan of this kind of explosive love story. I don’t know why, but it just never sits right with me, and it was hard to really root for them in that way. I did, however, really love their independent character development.
Basically I loved everything about this romance book, except for the romance.
