A murder mystery with lots of suspects dotted throughout the small coastal town setting of the story. Everyone's lives tangled with everyone else's and the town's dirty little secrets all pivoting around one untold secret. Romance and steam in just the right amounts, not over shadowing the story. Heroin had her flaws but is smarter and more real than some, but nothing new with the formula: guy or girl loves, the other resistant but not until a betrayal and then near loss do they come back together. Still a good read. Will be reading more by this author.
