This book moves at a breakneck speed that may catch some readers off guard. A quick and easy read that instantly leaves you craving the next installment. This book takes you on a wild ride. Much like Xander’s mind there is rarely room to breathe in this crazy battle heavy tale.
Adrian takes us on a powerful journey where the MC Xander is throughly tried to the point where it can sometimes feel like a lot to handle. This book needs several content warnings because we experience a lot of trauma through Xander and his mothers eyes. All that said I greatly enjoyed this and will continue to recommend it to whoever will listen.
