Florence is a ghostwriter in New York City. However, she has to return to her home town when her father passed away.

Already late on her deadline and was rejected for an extension by her new editor, Florence expects to lose her ghostwriting job. However, she does not expect to see this new editor, Benji, in her hometown. And nobody else but Florence can see him because she can see ghosts.

There’s cute irony, because Florence can’t write the ending to the book because she’s convinced love is dead. However, she has feelings for Benji.. who is a ghost..

There is a happily ever after. It’s probably fairly predictable how it happens (I know I guess it ahead of time), but I’m not looking for a twist when I read romance. I want a cute story that will make me feel things.

This book definitely made me feel things. The writing about the loss of her father was heartbreaking and her relationship with Benji was so cute. Would highly recommend.
