The premise of the story is a good one but the delivery is slow and littered with conversations that lead to nowhere. I enjoyed the story set in the 1960's while the other portion set in the 1930's was incredibly boring and dragged. Honestly, I think it was the great cover art that pulled me in but didn't deliver.
