Alexandra Bracken has this ability to write the most satisfying and realistic endings. The darkest minds had one of my all-time favourite endings and i'm glad this didn't let me down. I couldn't put this book down, but I have to say the best thing about it was the friendship between Sophia and Nicholas. I didn't like Sophia much at the start of this book, but I grew to like her by the end of it. And Nicholas will forever be my favourite, I love him so much. Honestly all I cared about was him being appreciated, and loved, and getting a happy ending. I'm was going to give this 4.5 stars because it dragged a little near the start, but last third definitely made up for it so rounding up to 5 stars.
