Reluctant Immortals by Gwendolyn Kiste
5.0
4.5 stars
I loved the world building in this book, which features a creative and interesting hook (though I was never fully satisfied with the explanation of how Lucy and Bee came to be). If you can suspend reality for a bit and accept that plot point, it’s a great story about women taking control of the narrative of their lives. The ending fell slightly flat for me, but overall, it was a great ride.
