Probably more like 3.5 than 4. A sequel to 101 Dalmations, that involve the main dogs and the fact that the Dearlys have moved to what was formerly Hell Hall with all the dogs. The dogs have formed their own society. One morning, the dogs are unable to wake the family or any other people or animals. Everyone except dogs are still asleep and whatever the dogs need to do they are able to. None of them are hungry or thirsty and get tired. But there is a reason for all this, and the dogs are given a choice.
