I'm not a big non-fiction reader, and often react quite negatively to "self-help" - but this was very consumable. Nothing felt massively deep or revolutionary, but equally it never felt preachy or self-aggrandising. I imagine if you read this at the right time it could be very important, for me, just a few meditations to get me thinking a bit differently.
