Had me kicking my feet, giggling, and gasping—slow burn perfection with characters I’ll never forget.
From the very first chapters, it had me hooked. The writing is so smooth and immersive that the story played out like a movie in my head. I loved the unique mix of fantasy and modern elements, it felt fresh and intriguing without being confusing.
Gabby stole my heart, Liam was *chef’s kiss*, and Dianna? Absolute badass. The slow burn between the leads was delicious, by page 352 I was kicking my feet and giggling, and by page 488… well, let’s just say “my Dianna” lives rent-free in my head. The tension, the worldbuilding, the characters, everything hit perfectly.
If I had to nitpick, some chapters felt a bit long, and I’m still piecing together the details of the god war. But honestly, this was the best thing I’ve read since TOG (and that’s saying something). I’m already buying the next two books!
