I went into this pretty sceptical because Magnolia Parks was a 2 star book for me and I hated their world and the characters.
First of all I hate Jessa Hastings writing sometimes (and it makes me sad because so many people love it 😭) because to me it feels like she’s trying so hard to write poetically and it just cringes me a lot.
Also I did feel like Julian’s POV chapters weren’t really necessary and the book could’ve been way shorter and just as good without them.
I have to say tho that I loved Daisy, I really liked Romeo (I’m shipping them so hard) and I also enjoyed Christian a lot. They didn’t annoy or cringe me all that much compared to Magnolia and BJ and I could empathize Daisy a lot. I’m really looking forward to the other Daisy books and because of the Magnolia chapter at the end I’m also looking forward to her other books! 😮💨
