Lazy ending

Nospoilers but the ending I lazy, bad writing, nonsensical, and in no way, shape, or form in line with the character and attributes of those involved. You have an under developed writer who want to get from point A to B in their story but whodoesnt know how go get there within the framework they have created so they just do it ignoring the structure.

Also, the use of NDAs...I'm glad you saw an article where you saw someone is bound by an NDA but an NDA is not some magical tool that prevents people from talking. It's a contract that imposes monetary penalties on someone if they talk about subjects covered in the agreement. IE Z agrees not to spoil the ending of V's book and will pay $500 if they do. An NDA does absolutely nothing in the context of this book. Hey sign this NDA that says you won't share information to tip off the bad guy. Okay. Bad guy tipped off. Shocked piccachu face. I'm sorry, are you going to court or a magical tribal and asking the penalty clause be evoked, I mean, yeah the bad guy has you under his complete control but I sure he will let you sue. (Thst is not a spoiler just a clarification on why the NDA would not work) You know what would work within the context of a story with wizards and stitches? A spell that binds people from sharing. No, no,the toothless NDA makes so much more sense
