Now THIS is what I call a thriller. I have exams I should be studying for but instead I couldn’t stop thinking about this book until I finally turned the last page. I HIGHLY recommend you go in blind without reading the blurb of the book or any of the reviews.
The SUSPENSE and grit and downright horror I felt reading this is unmatchable to almost all of the thrillers I’ve ever read.
I have to say I was disappointed at the ending, I wanted a big furious gory final battle to finally FINALLY give the villain of this story what they deserve, but instead it felt rushed and I was surprise when it jumped from climax to epilogue. The ending was disappointing but the cute little epilogue made up for that mostly. Still a 5 star read for me overall because my emotional connection and the addiction I had to finishing this story is something I haven’t felt since reading during my childhood.
