And enjoyable and short read. I finished it in an hour. I liked the arts and I enjoyed the story and characters. It was nothing necessarily profound and I do wish that the idea of interstellar travel suddenly ceasing to exist was explored a bit more but it may be too short to do that. If there is a sequel then I will read it. Mostly it feels like an episode pilot to a longer series. One that I would want to see.
