I feel almost guilty giving Lawrence Anthony’s book 3 stars. The rating is not a reflection of his life and his monumental contribution to conservation, but more of the book’s writing style. While the book contained fun stories about elephants, books that are a collection of broken up stories, instead of a cohesive story in and of itself, just aren’t my favorite.
