Great book, it doesn't matter if you feel that you are ok and your life is great or you think Is great; this book will make you understand so many things about how you react, how you feel or simply help you be a better friend or a better person to someone that is going through a hard time. I really really recommend it. As the writer says, you don't have to follow everything, just what works for you. I can't wait to put these things in practice.
