Wow. From the hilarious sentence early on about Coca-Cola "the addictive, teeth-decaying sweetness of a capitalism that was no good for you no matter how it fizzled on the tongue" to the philosophy-laden two-page single sentence toward the end, the writing is wonderful. And the cultural conflict/questions reflect what's happening today.
