This was a fun quick read and I’m starting the sequel right away. Although this book ends on a cliffhanger and continues in the next book so it’s less of a sequel and more of a volume 2 situation. The characters are entertaining without being obnoxious. Spice is alright, but oddly repetitive by the end of the book. Probably because it’s frequent and not particularly out there so there’s only so much to say.

I’m hoping that so many plot lines are unresolved because there are two more volumes to go.
