This series was a freaking marathon and this book was no exception. I loved every minute of this series but it took me multiple years to work myself up to finish the last three books because they are CHUNKY.
For real though, this series does not miss. Just the golden standard of easy-to-read fantasy epics. I know some people have criticized SJM for not killing off any of her main characters ever, but I love a happily ever after. SUE ME.
