I'm pretty sure this is the Pamela Clare book I read years ago. Some things, as I was reading, seemed familiar.
This was a great book. I didn't enjoy it as much as the first one but it was still really good. It mostly takes place in Ireland and England. The one thing that bugged me a little was that we barely got any update information about Alec and Cassie. I have a feeling it's being saved though for [b:Ride the Fire|1560207|Ride the Fire (Blakewell/Kenleigh Family Trilogy, #3)|Pamela Clare|http://photo.goodreads.com/books/1185228481s/1560207.jpg|1552737] which is about Alec and Cassie's son. So I cannot wait to read the next one.
